Welcome to dreamconsistency.com, owned by Dream Consistency. Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using our website, dreamconsistency.com ("Site"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site and any related services offered by Dream Consistency.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Site.

1. Use of Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Site:

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by Dream Consistency, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States, EU, and Serbian copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

This Agreement permits you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

DREAM CONSISTENCY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DREAM CONSISTENCY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DREAM CONSISTENCY, ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR OTHER PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, OR COVER DAMAGES), ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT DREAM CONSISTENCY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

DREAM CONSISTENCY'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dream Consistency and its employees, directors, officers, agents, suppliers, and other partners from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Site shall be brought exclusively in Serbia where Dream Consistency is located, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

6. Termination

Dream Consistency may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly, may deny you access to the Site, in our sole discretion, if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dream Consistency regarding the use of the Site. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Dream Consistency's failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
